Remote Class Schedule

Here’s what you need to know when attending a Certivance remote class via WebEx.

Arrival & Check-In

  • Remote classes are offered at different times: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, or 7:00 PM (based on your ticket).

  • The WebEx classroom opens 15 minutes before the scheduled start.

  • Learners must verify their identity through our Stripe Identification system before joining.

  • A valid photo ID is also required at check-in.

Instructor stays for questions

Breaks occur at set points in the class (not every hour). The flow follows the ServSafe® Manager curriculum.


Handouts & Materials

  • Digital handouts and resources are provided throughout the class.

  • Learners may want pens and paper for personal notes.


Exam Information

  • The exam is part of your class package, but it is scheduled separately through ProctorU.

  • Learners should already have scheduled their exam time before class day.

Certificates

  • After passing the exam, certificates are available for download through ServSafe.com.
