Arrival & Check-In
Remote classes are offered at different times: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, or 7:00 PM (based on your ticket).
The WebEx classroom opens 15 minutes before the scheduled start.
Learners must verify their identity through our Stripe Identification system before joining.
A valid photo ID is also required at check-in.

Breaks occur at set points in the class (not every hour). The flow follows the ServSafe® Manager curriculum.
Handouts & Materials
Digital handouts and resources are provided throughout the class.
Learners may want pens and paper for personal notes.
Exam Information
The exam is part of your class package, but it is scheduled separately through ProctorU.
Learners should already have scheduled their exam time before class day.

Certificates
After passing the exam, certificates are available for download through ServSafe.com.
