Attending a Certivance in-person class? Here’s the full schedule and what you’ll need to know.

Arrival & Check-In

  • Check-in: 8:45–9:00 AM

  • Bring a valid photo ID (required again before starting the exam).

  • Classroom opens 15 minutes early for registration.

  • Coffee, drinks, and pastries are provided.

  • Lunch is on your own — plan for a 30-minute break.

60 min proctored exam

Breaks are built in about every hour. Times may vary slightly depending on class flow.


Handouts & Materials

All required exam materials are provided:

  • Exam booklet

  • Exam answer sheet

  • Pencils

Optional to bring:

  • Pens and paper for personal notes


Exam Information

  • The proctored exam is given at the end of the class.

  • A valid photo ID must be shown before the exam begins.

Certificates

After passing the exam:

  • Results appear in My Certivance.

  • Certificates are available on ServSafe.com.

  • A printed and laminated certificate is mailed to you as an added-value service.
