You can update your billing details anytime in your My Certivance portal.
Steps
Log in to My Certivance → app.certivance.com/portal/certivance.
From the home screen, go to My Details (located near your account summary).
Select Billing Information.
Update your business name, billing address, and contact information.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Notes
Updates apply to future invoices only. Previously issued invoices will remain unchanged.
For corporate accounts, additional billing information (like tax ID or purchase order numbers) may need to be updated by contacting Certivance Support.
