If you have recurring services (such as subscriptions or corporate billing), you can update your stored payment method directly in My Certivance.
Steps
Log in to My Certivance → app.certivance.com/portal/certivance.
From the sidebar, go to Subscriptions or Payments Made.
Select the subscription or payment profile you’d like to update.
Choose Update Payment Method.
Enter your new card or bank account details.
Save your changes to apply them to future invoices.
Notes
Updating your payment method here ensures future subscription charges and corporate invoices use the new method.
For one-time orders, payment methods cannot be changed once the order is placed.
Certivance processes payments securely through Stripe; your card details are not stored by Certivance directly.
