Updating Your Information in My Certivance

Keeping your details up to date ensures smooth billing, accurate certificates, and no delays in communication. You can manage your information directly from the Dashboard.

How to Update Your Information

  1. Log in to My Certivance.

  2. On the Dashboard, locate the My Details section.

  3. Click View More (above My Details).

  4. Here, you can update:

    • Business Information – company name, industry, contact.

    • Billing Information – address, email for invoices, tax ID if applicable.

    • Shipping Information – for any printed study guides, books, or course materials.

  5. Click Save when finished.


Important Notes

  • Any changes you make will apply to future invoices and receipts.

  • If you need to update subscription details, payment methods, or anything else, please support through chat, email or phone.
