You can view all past orders, invoices, and payments in your My Certivance portal.
Steps
Log in to My Certivance → app.certivance.com/portal/certivance.
From the sidebar, select Invoices.
Here you’ll see a list of all orders with invoice numbers, dates, and amounts.
Paid invoices are marked as “Paid,” and outstanding balances show as “Due.”
Click on any invoice to open details.
You can download or print a PDF copy.
Payment receipts are also available here.
To see a summary of past transactions, select Payments Made in the sidebar.
Notes
Certain items like printed certificates or class-provided materials may generate a $0.00 invoice for tracking and shipping purposes. These will also appear in your history.
For Cvent enrollments, order details will appear in My Certivance after your registration is processed.
