Where to Look
Invoice Email – Contains your access code and login instructions.
My Certivance Portal – Access codes are stored under the Invoices tab.
Order Confirmation – If you’re a new learner, you’ll also get an invite to the portal.
Access codes may take up to 24 hours to appear, though most are available shortly after purchase. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see your email.
Using Your Access Code
LiquorExam.com Courses – Enter through the Certivance site under the tab account enter learner portal.
ServSafe® Courses – Log in at ServSafe.com and enter the code from your invoice.
