Getting Started with My Certivance

Once you complete your first transaction, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to the My Certivance Portal.

Important: It can take up to 24 hours for your invitation email to arrive. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case.


Steps to Get Started

  1. Check your inbox

    • Look for an email with the subject line “Certivance has invited you to join their portal”.

    • If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please contact support.

  2. Click the invitation link

    • The link will redirect you to the My Certivance login page.

  3. Create your password

    • Enter a secure password of your choice.

    • Confirm it and save.

  4. Complete your profile

    • Review your details under My Details.

    • Update your name, email, phone, or company info if needed.

  5. Log in anytime
    Once your account is set up, you can access My Certivance at any time:

Once logged in, you’ll be able to:

  • View invoices & payment history

  • Manage subscriptions & enrollments

  • Download receipts & certificates

  • Access shared project documents
