Once you complete your first transaction, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to the My Certivance Portal.
Important: It can take up to 24 hours for your invitation email to arrive. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case.
Steps to Get Started
Check your inbox
Look for an email with the subject line “Certivance has invited you to join their portal”.
If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please contact support.
Click the invitation link
The link will redirect you to the My Certivance login page.
Create your password
Enter a secure password of your choice.
Confirm it and save.
Complete your profile
Review your details under My Details.
Update your name, email, phone, or company info if needed.
Log in anytime
Once your account is set up, you can access My Certivance at any time:From the navigation bar on Certivance.com → My Account
