Once you complete your first transaction, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to the My Certivance Portal.
Important: Invitation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive. Be sure to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder just in case.
Steps to Get Started
Check your inbox
Look for an email with the subject line “Welcome to Certivance — Let’s Activate Your Account”.
If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please contact support.
Click the invitation link
The link will redirect you to set your password.
Create your password
Enter a secure password of your choice must be 8 characters.
Confirm it and save.
Complete your profile
Review your details under My Profile.
If you need to make updates to your account simply open a ticket in the chat window..
Log in anytime
Once your account is set up, you can access My Certivance at any time:From the navigation bar on Certivance.com → Account and choose the correct portal.
