Certivance Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Certivance, including online and in-person classes, exams, subscriptions, and physical products. Because refunds vary depending on the product or service, this document provides the overall rules and directs you to related policies for specific details.


1. General Policy

  • All sales are final. Certivance does not issue refunds for class or exam enrollments, study materials, or digital products.

  • In limited circumstances, Certivance may issue an account credit at its sole discretion.

  • Credits:

    • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

    • Non-transferable and have no cash value.

    • May be applied toward any Certivance product or service.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If a physical product is damaged or defective upon arrival, Certivance will provide a replacement or account credit.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to Certivance Support.


3. Enrollment & Class Refunds

  • Public in-person and remote classes are governed by the Enrollment Policy.

  • Corporate/group enrollments may have separate terms outlined in their service agreement.
