Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Orders can be changed before shipping; enrollments can be modified per our policy. Contact Certivance support to request changes.

Orders placed on Certivance.com can be modified prior to shipping. Once a physical item has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

Class enrollments may also be modified or rescheduled in line with our Enrollment Policy.
