Navigating My Certivance

View proposals Certivance has sent you. You can open a quote to review the details and approve it directly if you’re ready to move forward.

This is where your active subscriptions live. Subscriptions may include services like compliance monitoring, recall alerts or other ongoing programs.

When a quote is approved, it becomes a sales order. This tab shows confirmed orders before they move into invoices.

Every bill tied to your account is listed here. You can view invoice details, download a PDF copy, or pay directly online.

If Certivance has issued you a credit (for example, from a rescheduled class or adjustment), you’ll see it here. Credits are automatically applied to future invoices.

A full history of payments you’ve submitted. Each entry shows the date, method (card/ACH), and amount. You can also download receipts here.

For consulting engagements, this tab shows your active projects. You’ll see progress, notes, and sometimes links to external workspaces used for collaboration.

Need a complete picture? This tab generates account statements, summarizing invoices, credits, and payments. You can download them as PDFs for your records.
