How Do I Reschedule My Remote Class?

Reschedule remote classes up to 48 hrs before. Contact Certivance Support with ticket number.

If you can’t attend your scheduled remote class, you may reschedule for another available date.

Deadlines

  • Enrollment closes 48 hours before the event.

  • You must request a new date before enrollment closes.

Policies & Exceptions

  • Once enrolled, our Enrollment Policy applies: no cancellations / no refunds.

  • In limited cases, Certivance may offer an account credit for future use.

How to Reschedule

  • Contact Certivance Customer Service:

    • Chat button on our website, or

    • Call 215-458-6536.

  • Have your ticket number and enrollment details ready.
