How Do I Enroll in a Class Through Certivance?

Step-by-step guide to enrolling in Certivance classes through Cvent, from class selection to payment, confirmation, and reminders.

Steps to Enroll

  1. Select Your Class

  2. Class Landing Page

    • You’ll arrive on the Cvent page for your chosen date.

    • The top half shows general class info (date, location, enrollment button).

    • The bottom half shows full class details.

    • To continue, click Enroll Today.

  3. Enter Registration Information

    • Complete:

      • Personal Information

      • Mailing Address

      • Business/Work Details

      • Optional statistical questions

    • If enrolling multiple people, use Add a Guest. If only enrolling yourself, click Next.

  4. Select Registration Items

    • Choose your enrollment items (class + any add-ons).

    • Click Next.

  5. Review Registration & Order Summary

    • Confirm all details in the Registration Summary.

    • Review charges in the Order Summary.

    • If registering on behalf of a contracted organization, enter your Class Key in the Discount Code field.

    • Promo codes may also be entered here. Click Apply to update totals.

  6. Choose Payment Method

    • Select your payment type and click Submit.

    • Enter payment details on the secure checkout page and click Submit again.

  7. Confirmation

    • You’ll be redirected to the Class Homepage.

    • An email confirmation will be sent immediately with class details, plus links to your diagnostic exam and included study guide.

    • New clients also receive:

      • A My Certivance portal invitation

      • An emailed invoice


Notifications

  • Certivance sends reminder notifications 1 week before and 1 day before class.

  • Remote class enrollments also trigger a WebEx notification with meeting access details.
