What to Expect After You Sign Up

Thank you for signing up for one of our Remote Classes! Here's what you can expect after booking:

Booking Confirmation

Once you register for your remote class, you’ll immediately receive an email confirming your booking. This email will serve as your receipt and confirmation of enrollment.

Kick-Off Academy Enrollment

Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a second email notifying you of your enrollment in the Kick-Off Academy, our self-study course designed to help you prepare for the live session.

Meeting Access Details

Exactly 72 hours prior to your scheduled class, you'll receive a system-generated email containing the link to join your session. This will be hosted on either Webex or Google Meet, depending on the session.

This message will include:

  • A clickable meeting link

  • Any meeting access codes

  • Instructions for accessing the platform

Follow-Up Email with ProctorU Exam Code

You will also receive a follow-up email that includes:

  • Your unique ProctorU exam code

  • Detailed exam day instructions

  • Any additional resources you may need

All emails are sent automatically, so please be sure to:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Add our address to your safe sender list

  • Ensure your email address is correct in your account settings
