I didn’t receive my course access email
Access instructions are typically sent within 24 hours of purchase
Check spam, junk, and promotional folders
Confirm the email address used at checkout is correct
My access code isn’t working
Ensure the code is entered exactly as provided
Access codes are single-use and may expire
Do not attempt to redeem the code on the wrong platform
I’m locked out of the course platform
Password resets and account access are managed by the training provider
Follow the recovery instructions on the provider’s login page
The course isn’t loading or functioning properly
Verify browser and system compatibility
Disable pop-up blockers and browser extensions
Try a different browser or device
For platform-specific issues, refer to the support or help documentation provided by the training provider. Provider support teams have access to the course platform and can resolve technical issues more efficiently than Certivance.
