Once access is issued, the course license cannot be transferred or reused
Certivance does not control provider access systems or revocation policies
Course access instructions are typically sent within 24 hours of purchase
Access may include account creation or activation using a unique access code
Once access is issued or activated, the course is considered delivered
Refunds are not provided for:
Failure to complete the course
Incompatibility with employer or regulatory requirements
Incorrect course selection
Technical issues within the provider’s platform
Expired access or missed completion deadlines
