You will receive an order confirmation email from Certivance immediately after purchase.
Course Access Email
Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to access your online course.
This email is sent by the training provider or on their behalf.
Follow the access instructions provided in your course email.
Activation may require creating an account or entering an access code.
Course access begins once activation is complete.
Courses are completed entirely online and are self-paced unless otherwise stated.
You must complete all required modules, assessments, and exams as defined by the training provider.
Course progress and completion records are maintained by the provider.
Access emails may be filtered into spam or junk folders—check there if you do not see your course email within 24 hours.
Certivance does not control course structure, timing, exam rules, or certificate issuance for computer-based programs.
For technical issues within the course platform, provider-specific instructions included in your access email should be followed.
