Public classes are scheduled, open-enrollment sessions ideal for individuals and small groups. These classes are hosted by Certivance and include coffee, beverages, and light snacks.

The ServSafe
Manager Certification exam is administered in person immediately after class by our proctors.
We currently administer the exam using a paper exam. Digital exam administration is planned for late 2026.
Upon successful completion, learners earn the ServSafe
Food Protection Manager Certification, valid for five years and recognized nationwide.
Training aligns with FDA Food Code standards and meets Person in Charge (PIC) requirements in many jurisdictions. Local requirements may vary.
