As a learner, you can delete your academy account. Upon deletion, your profile and account will be permanently deleted from the academy. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to purchased courses, certificates, or other information. Any subscriptions you have will be automatically cancelled.
You can delete your account only when the admin has allowed you to delete it. If you wish to delete your account but can't proceed further, please contact your support.
Steps to delete your account
Sign into your account.
Select the Profile tab on the left pane.
Click Delete Account. The Proceed to Delete window will be displayed.
Read the instructions thoroughly, then click the I understand checkbox.
Click Proceed to Delete. The OTP Verification window will be displayed. The one-time passcode will be sent to your registered email address.
Enter the OTP that has been sent to your email address.
Click Verify OTP. Once the OTP verification is done, your account will be deleted.
